We are located in Mayuresh City Mall, which sounds like a place for shopping, but A419 is where we actually get things done. Being in Vashi, Section 19, means we have a lot of neighbors, though most of them are retail shops. Our office is a mix of a workspace and a storage area for the parts we sell. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at customer sites fixing things. When we are in the office, it’s usually to catch up on paperwork or organize the inventory. It can feel a bit strange being in a mall when you’re dealing with industrial sales and service, but it works for us. The air conditioning is nice during the Mumbai summers, though the commute can be a real pain. We have a small team, and we all wear many hats. One day you might be doing accounts, and the next you’re helping move a heavy crate. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just some calendars and technical posters on the walls. It’s a practical space. Most of our customers have been with us for a long time, so they know the drill. We just focus on keeping the service side of things moving so nobody is left waiting. It’s a simple setup, but it’s home for us during the work week. We try to be helpful and just get the job finished.
