Celtronics India is based at Plot No. 15 in the Shri Ram Society, which is over in Samarth Nagar, Ghansoli. It’s an interesting spot because it’s a mix of homes and small businesses. Being in a society means it’s a little quieter than being right on the main highway, but it’s still very much a place of work. Our plot has a bit of space around it where we can load and unload gear. We mostly deal with electronic components and repairs, so there are always tools scattered around the benches. The staff here are mostly local people who live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad for most of us. We start our day early before the sun gets too high. The office itself is practical. We have some storage racks and a few desks where we handle the billing and technical drawings. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the boxes, but we know where everything is. The neighborhood of Ghansoli has been growing so fast lately, but our little corner in Samarth Nagar feels pretty steady. We get a lot of visitors who are just looking for help with their gadgets or specific parts. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that; we just answer the phone and talk to whoever walks through the door. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us and our regulars.
