We are set up on the 1st Floor of Plot No. A-454. It’s right in the middle of the TTC Industrial Area in Mahape. Being in an industrial zone like Mahape means it's always noisy with trucks and machines, but that's what we expect. Coherent Laser India Pvt. Ltd. has this floor and it’s basically just labs and workstations. It’s not a retail shop, so we don’t get many walk-ins. Mostly it’s just the staff coming in early and staying until the work is finished. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but once you're inside, there’s enough room to move around. We have a lot of specialized equipment that takes up most of the space. The floor is kept as clean as we can manage given all the activity. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or lounge areas. There's a small table where we have our lunch and talk about things other than work. The TTC area is huge, so we usually just stay put once we arrive for the day. It's a very practical environment. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep things moving. We’ve been at this Mahape location for some time now and it suits the way we operate. It's just a place where things are made and fixed, and we are fine with that.
