We are based over in the Electronic Zone at Mahape MIDC, specifically at plot EL-52. Emaar Farm Technik Pvt Ltd is where we spend our time working on agricultural tech and equipment. It’s an interesting mix because we’re in an electronic zone but we’re thinking about farms and fields. The area in Ghansoli is always bustling with people moving between different tech units. Our workshop is usually a bit of a mess with prototypes and different parts we’re testing out. We aren't the type of people to wear suits or sit in boardrooms. Most of us are more comfortable with a screwdriver or a soldering iron in hand. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and it’s a good location because we can get the components we need from other local suppliers. We don't have a fancy showroom or a team of salespeople trying to push products. We just build things and see if they work for the farmers who use them. Sometimes things don't go according to plan, and we have to start over on a design, but that's just part of the process. The office is small, and the tea break is probably the most organized part of our day. We just try to do decent work and keep the lights on. It’s a practical, no-nonsense environment where we focus on the machinery rather than the optics.
