If you find yourself driving through MIDC in the TTC Khairane area, you might pass right by us. We are at W-203A. It’s a typical industrial zone, so there are pipes and warehouses everywhere you look. Flow Tech Equipment (India) Pvt. Ltd. has its operations right here in the thick of it. The roads can be a bit rough, especially after the rains, but it’s where all the action is for companies like ours. TTC Khairane is a big area, so we often tell people to look for the W sector specifically. Our building is a standard MIDC structure, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s all about the equipment and the work at hand. The air usually smells a bit like metal or grease, which is normal for this part of Navi Mumbai. We have our desks and our space set up to handle whatever comes in. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and stay on track. It's a functional space. We don't have fancy coffee machines or a big lobby. People who visit are usually here for business, so we just get straight to whatever needs doing. It’s a busy life in the MIDC, with trucks moving in and out at all hours. We’ve been part of this landscape for a good while now and we just keep at it.
