We are based in the Electronic Zone over in Mahape. The address is EL-123. It’s a busy spot with lots of other tech and industrial businesses around. Elumatec India Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for a while now. We don't have a fancy front office with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is free just answers the door or the phone. We work with machines and parts, so there’s always something to tinker with. It's not the cleanest job, but we enjoy the process of getting things to work. Mahape is a good location because it's well-connected. We see a lot of people coming and going every day. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for years. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just fix things and supply what’s needed. The floor is usually covered in tools or parts waiting to be moved. We have some coffee in the morning and then get straight to it. It can get pretty humid in this part of India, but we’re used to it. We don't do much in terms of marketing. Most people find us because they need help with their equipment. It’s a straightforward business. We just want to keep the machines running and keep the folks we do work for happy without making a big fuss about it. The street outside can get crowded during lunch, but that's typical for the Electronic Zone area when everyone is out getting food.
