We are based over at Shed No. 6 on the ground floor of Ghanshyam Bhavan. It’s part of the Co-Opt Housing Society area in Sector-3, Ghansoli. Being on the ground floor makes it easier when we have to move heavy metal parts in and out. Plot No. 10 is where you'll find us most days of the week. Ghansoli is a busy place, and there is always something happening outside our doors. We started Hybrid Metals Pvt. Ltd. without a whole lot of fuss, just focusing on getting the work done. The shed isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to handle our daily metalwork. It can get pretty loud when the machines are running, but that’s just how it is in this line of business. We’ve got a small crew here. Most of us have been around for a long time. We know the area well, especially the small tea stalls around Sector-3 where we go for breaks. Dealing with metals is tough work, your hands stay dirty most of the day, but it’s honest. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls; it’s just the shed and the gear we use. People usually drop by if they’re in the neighborhood, and we just talk shop. It’s a straightforward setup. We keep track of everything on paper and try to stay organized so things don't get lost in the shuffle.
