Essar

We are based at 103 A in the Shah Complex Iv. It’s in Sector 14, right off Palm Beach Road in Sanpada. Being in Mumbai, or Navi Mumbai specifically, means things are always moving fast. Essar is just one of the many offices in this complex. Our space is functional and simple. We have the usual desks, chairs, and a few cabinets for our records. It’s not a high-end designer office. The view from the window shows a bit of the city and the road. We get a lot of light in the mornings, which is nice. Most of us take the local train or bus to get here, so the office really starts buzzing around 10 AM. We aren't into corporate jargon or big displays. We just have a list of things to do every day and we work through them. Sometimes we go out as a group for a quick meal at one of the spots nearby in Sanpada. The building is well-maintained, but it’s a busy place with people coming and going all the time. We know the security guys by name. It’s a solid, predictable place to work. We don't make big promises or use fancy language. We just keep our heads down and handle the day-to-day operations. It’s a very typical Mumbai office life, and that suits us just fine.
