This is a family-run spot out in Kabir Nagar, at Survey No 107/3 Tukaram Wadi. It’s a bit of a journey for some, but we’ve been part of the Nashik community for a while now. Some of us come all the way from Kasara Taluka in Shahpur every morning to get the kitchen started. It’s a lot of travel, but we like working together as a family. We call it a family restaurant because that’s exactly what it is—run by us and meant for families to come and sit down. The kids often hang around in the back doing their homework while we serve the customers. It’s not a quiet place, especially when the big tables are full and everyone is talking at once. We don't have fancy menus or a website with pretty pictures. We just have a chalkboard and the smell of whatever is cooking in the pots. Sometimes the service is a little slow when we are short-handed, but we always try to make up for it with a smile. People around Kabir Nagar seem to appreciate that we are just normal people trying to make a living. We don't pretend to be anything we aren't. We just provide a place where you can eat and feel at home. Our chairs aren't the softest but they work fine for a meal and a good chat.
