Ayyubi Alishan Restaurant

We are located in Malegaon at 507 Raviwar Ward, right on the Main Road. It’s a very busy part of town, especially since we are in the Motipura area near Osmania Medical Store. Our restaurant is a place where things are always moving fast. You can usually find us behind the counter or near the big tandoors where the heat is pretty intense. The Main Road outside is rarely quiet, with motorcycles and cycles passing by all day long. We’ve kept the place simple because that’s what works for us and the people who come in. There’s no fancy lighting or soft music, just the sound of people talking and plates being moved around. The walls are plain, and the floor is built to handle a lot of footsteps. We spend a lot of our time prepping in the back, making sure we have enough of everything for the lunch and dinner rush. Malegaon gets very hot, so the overhead fans are almost never turned off. We’ve been at this Raviwar Ward address for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the street change quite a bit over the years. Even with all the new shops opening up, we just keep doing what we’ve always done. It’s a straightforward business, and we are just regular people working to keep the kitchen running and the customers fed every day of the week.
