Down on Pathardi Road at the Pathardi Phata, you will find our place, Bamboo House Veg Nonveg Family Restaurant. We are located right at Hotel The Palm. Nashik is growing fast, and this area sees a lot of travelers and local families coming through every day. We serve both veg and non-veg food because that is what people around here usually ask for when they go out. The restaurant is set up for families, so we have some larger tables where everyone can sit together and talk. It is not a quiet place, especially on Sunday nights when everyone brings their kids along. The kitchen gets pretty hot, and you can often hear the pans clanking from the dining area while we cook. We are not trying to be a five-star hotel; we just want to be a reliable spot on the Phata for a meal. We spend our afternoons prepping vegetables and getting the meat ready for the evening rush. Sometimes the service is a bit slow when the house is full, but we do what we can to catch up. The location near the highway means we get people who are just passing through Nashik too. We have put in some effort to make the seating comfortable, though it is all very basic. We don't have a big mission statement. We just open up every day, cook what is on the menu, and make sure the bills are paid.
