Anannyas Cafeteria

You can find Anannyas Cafeteria inside the Guru Ashish Building on the Nashik Pune Road. We are right opposite the Gurdwara and the BTCO College, which means we see a lot of students throughout the day. The noise from the Nashik Road traffic is pretty constant, but inside it’s a bit more relaxed. We started this cafeteria because we wanted a place where people could just sit and have a cup of tea without any pressure. It’s not a high-end cafe with expensive sofas. We have basic tables and chairs that are easy to move around. The staff here are just local folks who know the area well. We do everything ourselves, from taking the orders to cleaning up the spills. Mornings are usually our busiest time with people heading to work or classes. Sometimes we might run out of a certain snack by mid-afternoon if it’s been a hectic day. We don't really do the whole corporate branding thing. The walls are plain and the menu is just what we can make fresh that day. It’s a straightforward operation. We don’t have a website or anything like that, we just rely on people stopping by because they’re in the neighborhood. It’s a decent spot to take a break if you’re traveling along the highway or waiting for a friend. We just try to keep the tea hot and the service quick enough for someone on a schedule. It’s just us doing our thing here.
