Biryani House Restaurant

Biryani House Restaurant is tucked into Shop No 14 at Prasad Chamber in the Dwarka area of Nashik. We are basically right opposite the Inox Theater, which used to be the old Vijay Mamta cinema in Shivaji Nagar. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you are familiar with the 422011 neighborhood. We’ve been in this shop for a good while now. The space isn’t huge, but we’ve arranged the tables to fit as many people as we can comfortably. It gets a bit crowded during the movie showtimes when people come out of the theater looking for something to eat. We have a small crew in the back who handles all the cooking. Nashik is a growing place, and we’ve seen a lot of changes around Dwarka over the years. Our routine hasn't changed much though. We arrive early, check the supplies, and start the slow cooking process. It’s a lot of waiting for the rice to be just right. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks or flashy signs. The sign we have is enough for people to see us from the road. The street outside can get quite dusty, so we are always cleaning the glass. It’s just a regular restaurant run by regular people. We don’t claim to be the biggest or anything, we just stay focused on our pots. If you’re around Shivaji Nagar, you’ll likely pass by us at some point. The work is steady and we just keep at it day after day.
