Barbeque Ville

You’ll find Barbeque Ville over at Karambelkar Tower on the Mumbai Agra Road. We’re pretty close to the Deccan Petrol Pump and Bhujbal Farm, so it’s a familiar landmark for people driving through Nashik. We’ve been at this location for a good while now. The staff here is like a small family, we’ve worked through plenty of busy weekends together. It’s not always easy, especially when the highway traffic is heavy and everyone decides to stop for a meal at the same time. We don’t really have a corporate office telling us what to do every minute. We just handle things as they come. Our main focus is just making sure the food is cooked right on the table grills. It can get smoky and loud, but that’s part of the experience, I suppose. We spend our mornings getting the marinades ready and making sure the coal is dry. It’s practical, hands-on work that keeps us busy from dawn till late at night. We’ve seen kids grow up coming here with their parents, which is always nice to see. We aren't trying to change the world, we’re just running a grill house on the side of the road. It’s honest work and we’re glad to be doing it here in Nashik. We just keep our heads down and focus on the daily chores needed to keep the doors open and the fires going.
