Tapasvi Restaurant

Tapasvi Restaurant is located inside Shub Plaza on the Mumbai Agra Road. We are in the Indira Nagar area of Nashik, right near the Indira Nagar Bus Stop. Because we are so close to the bus stop and the main highway, the place stays fairly busy with people coming and going. It’s a lot of travelers looking for a quick bite and locals who live in the plaza or nearby houses. We open up the kitchen early to start the prep work. There is always a lot of cleaning, chopping, and getting the tables ready for the first customers. It’s a simple place with no fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to serve food. The Mumbai Agra Road is always loud with trucks and buses, but you get used to the sound after a while. My staff and I have a routine down where everyone knows what they need to do. We don't use any complicated systems or corporate talk. We just focus on getting the food out and keeping the place tidy. Some days are more chaotic than others, especially when a few buses arrive at the same time. We just take it one order at a time. It’s hard work and the kitchen gets hot, but it’s a living. We’ve been here at Shub Plaza for a while and we know most of the other shop owners around here too.
