Sairaj Family Restaurant

Sairaj Family Restaurant is right on the Nashik Pune Highway. We are very close to the Palse Bus Stop, so you see a lot of people waiting for their rides while we are working. Being on the highway means there is a lot of dust and noise, but it stays busy. We have families coming in mostly. The kids run around and the parents try to eat their meal in peace. It is a simple setup with basic tables and chairs. We don't have those fancy lights you see in the city. The tea is always brewing and the kitchen stays hot throughout the afternoon. Nashik Road can be a bit chaotic with all the trucks passing by, but we have our spot here. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit and we have to wait it out, but that is just how things are around here. We spend a lot of time just keeping the place tidy because the highway traffic brings in so much dirt. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a while. They know the menu by heart and don't need to look at the papers. We just try to get the orders out as fast as they come.
