Royal Biryani Junction

Royal Biryani Junction is our little place in New Nashik. We are at Shop 5 in Vandana Apartment on the Ambad Link Road. It’s right near the Saigram bus stop, so we see a lot of people waiting for their buses or getting off after work. Classic Arcade is right next to us too. Being in Upendranagar means there’s always people walking around. We opened this shop because we wanted to work for ourselves. It’s a simple setup with a few tables. Most of our day is spent prepping. Cutting onions, cleaning the rice, and making sure the spices are right. It’s not an easy job, standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. The bus stop brings in a lot of noise and dust, but it also brings in the customers. We don’t have a big menu or anything complicated. We just focus on the biryani. Sometimes we run out earlier than expected, and other days it’s quiet. You never really know how it’s going to go. We are just a small shop trying to get by in Nashik. We don’t have any fancy decorations or a big marketing team. It’s just us, the pots, and the customers. If you are ever near the Ambad Link Road area, you’ll probably see the sign. We’ve been here for a while now and know most of the neighbors. It’s a living and we just keep at it.
