Rawal Sebel Restaurant

This place is right on Trimbak Road in Nashik, specifically in the 422002 area. If you know this road, you know how much traffic passes by heading toward the temple or back into the city. We have our spot here where we set things up every morning. The sign outside says Rawal Sebel Restaurant, and that is what people look for when they are driving by. It gets a little dusty because of the road, so we are always wiping down the tables. The air from the street comes in when the door stays open. It is a straightforward kind of place with a few workers helping out. We do not have any big corporate plans or anything like that. We just focus on getting the food out to the people who stop their cars or walk over from nearby. The kitchen stays hot, especially in the afternoons, and there is always something bubbling on the stove. Nashik is a good place to be, and Trimbak Road keeps us busy enough. We watch the bikes and buses go past while we work. Some days are slower than others, but we usually have some regulars who come in and know exactly where they want to sit. It is just a normal day-to-day business for us here. We keep the lights on and the water ready for anyone who needs a break from their journey. We have been on Trimbak Road for a while and just keep things moving.
