Radhika Swaad The Veg Treat

Out here in Sangameshwar, Malegaon, we started Radhika Swaad The Veg Treat because we saw a need for a simple place to eat near Moti Bag Naka. It’s a busy area and people are always moving around. We are strictly vegetarian here, mostly because that’s what we know how to cook. The place isn't very large, but we keep it tidy enough. Every morning, we get our vegetables from the local market and start the prep work. It’s a lot of chopping and peeling before the lunch crowd shows up. Malegaon can get really dusty and hot, so we try to keep the inside of the shop a bit more comfortable for whoever walks in. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us and a few helpers in the back. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when several groups arrive at once, and we might mix up a chair or two, but we fix it. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the usual pots and pans. People from the neighborhood know us by name now. We aren't trying to be the most famous spot in town, just a place where you can get a decent meal without much fuss. It’s hard work standing on your feet all day, but seeing the same faces every week makes it feel worth it. We just do our job and go home at night.
