Prem Chinese Corner

Prem Chinese Corner has been on Nashik Pune Road for a while now. Most people find us right here on Nashik Road because the traffic is always moving past our door. It’s a busy spot in Nashik. We don’t have fancy chairs or anything, just a simple place where people stop for a quick bite. Some regular customers have been coming since we first opened at this 422101 address. It’s funny how time goes by. One day it’s quiet and the next day we have a crowd of people from the road wanting noodles or whatever is hot. My hands are usually busy with the pans so I don't talk much but it's good to see familiar faces. The street lights outside flickered for a week before they got fixed, which was annoying, but that's just how things are around Nashik Road. We just keep doing what we do every day. Sometimes it gets a bit smoky in here when the stove is on high heat. If you’re driving down toward Pune or coming into the city, you might see our sign. We try to keep the place tidy, but it's hard when you're busy all evening. I think people just like having a reliable place to eat that isn't too complicated. It’s just us here, working through the lunch and dinner rush. The weather here in Nashik gets a bit cool in the winter, which makes the hot food feel even better for the folks stopping by.
