Perfect Coir Pvt Ltd is tucked away in F-1, Vishal Apt over in Old Pandit Colony. It is a pretty normal place to work. We have been here for a good while, and most of us know the neighbors by now. The office isn't anything fancy, just a regular apartment space that we converted so we could have a central spot to handle the daily operations. Working in Old Pandit Colony has its own rhythm. The mornings are usually a bit quiet until the local shops start opening up. Being in Vishal Apt means we have a roof over our heads and enough room for our files and the few computers we use to keep track of things. It’s not a big corporate building with a lobby or anything like that. You just come up to F-1 and you’ll find us there. Sometimes the hallway gets a bit dusty, but that is just part of being in an older building. We spend most of our time here dealing with the day-to-day tasks that come with running a business like Perfect Coir Pvt Ltd. There are no big meetings in boardrooms here, just us sitting around the desks making sure everything is getting done. We liked this spot because it was easy to find and didn’t cost a fortune. It gets the job done for us. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through papers, but we prefer it this way. It's just a regular office.
