If you go down to the Malegaon Motor Stand in Panchavati, you will find us there. It is a noisy area with all the vehicles and the market nearby. Heena Udyog has been in this spot for quite some time now. We handle various manufacturing tasks. The floor is usually covered in dust or scraps from whatever we are working on that day. It is not a clean office job. We wear work clothes that get stained. Some days are hotter than others, especially when the machines have been running since morning. We know the neighbors well. Everyone around here is doing something similar, mostly hard manual work or trading. We get regular customers who know where the entrance is even though the sign is a bit faded. It’s a practical setup. We don't spend money on fancy chairs or big signs. The focus is just on the machines and the orders we have to finish by evening. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just wait it out or chat. It is a simple life at the shop. We do what needs doing and go home to our families. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon. We just focus on getting the work done right so people come back next time. It is a basic workshop but it keeps us busy every day. We don't mind the noise much anymore because it’s just part of the job.
