Our restaurant is part of the Panchavati Elite Inn Hotel. If you are driving down Trimbak Road in Nashik, you can find us near Vinod Auto. It’s a well-known landmark in this part of town. We get a mix of people staying at the hotel and locals who live nearby. Being on Trimbak Road means there is a lot of traffic passing by, especially people headed toward the temples or the outskirts of the city. We have a simple dining area where people can sit and have their meals without much trouble. It’s not overly decorated. We prefer keeping things plain so it’s easy to maintain. The kitchen starts early to get things ready for the day. Sometimes the weekend lunch rush can be a bit frantic, but we manage to get everyone fed. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a while. We don’t use any complicated ordering systems, just pen and paper usually. It feels more natural that way. You can park near the hotel and walk right in. It’s a convenient spot for people who are traveling through Nashik and need a break from the road. We try to keep the tables wiped down and the chairs in good order. It’s just a regular local eatery doing its thing every day of the week.
