New Parijat Pure Veg Restaurant

Our place is located in Nashik, specifically in the Taluka Dindori area. We focus on pure veg food because that is what the people around here usually look for. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the main city center, but we still get plenty of folks coming through. Dindori has its own rhythm and we are part of that. The restaurant is set up simply. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. It is just a place to sit and have a decent veg meal. Most of our regulars are families from nearby or people working in the local area. We start early in the morning to get things ready for the day. The kitchen is the main part of the shop, always humming. We try to keep things steady. Some days are busier than others, especially on weekends when people aren't working. We just want to make sure there is a good place for people to eat without any hassle. It’s been our routine for a long time now. Nashik is a big place but Dindori feels like its own little community. We see the same people every week and that makes the work feel normal. It’s just a regular restaurant doing regular work. We don’t overthink it. Just pure veg food and a place to sit down for a bit. It’s how we’ve always done things here.
