New Metro Restaurant

We are located at Shop Number 1 on Dr Ambedkar Road in Nashik. It’s right by Gandhi Nagar Press and near the Asha Kendra Hospital. Because we are so close to the hospital and the press we see a lot of workers and families every single day. It’s a busy spot in the 422006 area. The restaurant isn't very big but we make it work. We start the day by cleaning the floors and checking the inventory in the back. Some days we are short-staffed and we have to work a little harder to make sure every customer is served. That's just part of the job in this industry. Dr Ambedkar Road is a main path for many so there's always cars and bikes passing by our window. We serve simple food that people can eat quickly if they are on a short break from the press or visiting someone at Asha Kendra. The kitchen can be a bit chaotic during the lunch rush but we've got a system that mostly works for us. We aren't looking for awards or anything like that. We just want to stay open and keep the business running smoothly. Sometimes we sit outside for a minute when it's quiet to catch our breath and watch the traffic. Nashik is growing fast but this little corner of Gandhi Nagar stays pretty much the same. We are just here doing our work and serving the people who come through the door every afternoon.
