New Bharat Restaurant

New Bharat Restaurant is located on Howson Road in Deolali. This part of Nashik is much quieter than the main city, which we like. The building we are in is quite old and has these thick walls that keep the place cool during the hot months. We have been running this place as a family for a long time now. Most of our customers are soldiers from the camp or families who have lived in Deolali for their whole lives. We don’t have a big team of workers, just a few of us doing everything from cooking to cleaning. The tea is always on the stove and we try to keep the food simple and honest. There is no background music here, just the sound of people talking about their day. We don’t have a website or any glossy brochures. If you are looking for us, just look for the blue door on Howson Road. The kitchen is small and sometimes we run out of certain dishes by the evening because we only cook what we think will be eaten that day. We do not like to waste anything. The floor is a bit worn out in spots, but it shows the history of the place. It is a slow-paced spot where you can get a plate of food and a glass of water without any trouble.
