Misal Junction

Misal Junction is located at Shop No 3, Shivam Palace, on the Vadala Pathardi Road in Indira Nagar, Nashik. We are right at Nagai Corner, across from Cambridge School and the church. If you know Nashik, you know how much we love our misal. We decided to open this place because we wanted to share our own version of it. It’s a simple shop, nothing too fancy. We have some benches and tables where people can sit and enjoy their breakfast or lunch. The misal we make is quite spicy, just the way it should be, and we serve it with fresh pav. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen every morning getting the rassa just right. It’s a bit of a process to get the spices balanced. We get a lot of students from the school and people from the neighborhood. It's nice to see the same faces every day. We don't use any fancy advertising. Usually, people just hear about us from their friends. My wife and I run the place along with two helpers. We aren't looking to become a big chain or anything. We just like making good misal and seeing people enjoy it. The area around Indira Nagar is growing fast, but we try to keep that old-school neighborhood feeling. If you’re around Nagai Corner, come in and have a bowl with us. We usually start serving early in the morning so come hungry.
