Just Tadka Restaurant

Our restaurant is part of the Sai Saya Hotel on the Mumbai Agra Road in Nashik. We are situated right near Bhujbal Farm, which is a pretty well-known landmark around here. Since we are on the main road, we get a lot of people traveling through, as well as locals from the city. The kitchen stays busy because of the highway traffic. We don't have a very fancy setup, just a solid place to eat a meal. We focus on the tadka, which is basically what we do best. The staff here is like a small family. Some of us have been working on this road for a long time. We know how to handle the rush when a big group pulls in. It can be a bit loud with the trucks passing by outside, but inside we try to keep it steady. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. People usually find us just by driving past or hearing about us from someone else. We spend our days making sure the spices are fresh and the floors are scrubbed. It is a straightforward business. We provide food for people who are hungry and need a break from the road. It’s what we’ve been doing for years now and we don’t plan on changing much. We just keep the stove lit and the water cold. That's the routine.
