We are located right near Bhujbal Knowledge City and sitting across from the Medical College in Adgaon. It is a busy part of the highway, so there is always something happening outside. We focus on Kathiyawadi food here, and everything we serve is strictly vegetarian. Being in the 422003 area, we get a mix of students from the college and travelers who are driving along the national highway. The restaurant is not anything fancy to look at from the outside or the inside. It is just a place with tables and chairs where you can get a hot meal. We have been here for a while, and the neighborhood around Adgaon has definitely grown. The noise from the highway is pretty constant, but you get used to it after a while. We do not have a big team, just a few of us making sure the food is cooked and the floors are swept. We do not spend money on glossy brochures or marketing. People mostly find us because they are hungry and we are right there on their path. It is a simple life running a restaurant on the highway. We just try to make sure there is enough food for everyone who stops by and that they leave with a full stomach before heading back out on the road.
