Gemini Instratech Pvt. Ltd. is in a building called Ameya in Tagore Nagar. We are right opposite Ambedkar Nagar, just off the main Pune Road. It is a busy intersection nearby, so there is always a sense of activity around us. The building itself is pretty easy to spot if you are looking for the landmarks. Inside, we have a mix of office space and technical areas. We have a lot of equipment that needs careful handling, so we are always reminding each other to be mindful of where we step. The floors are kept clean, but the desks are usually a mess of technical drawings and notes. We have a small balcony where you can see the traffic moving on Pune Road. It is a good place to stand for five minutes when you need a break from the screens. We don't have fancy uniforms or a strict corporate culture. We just wear what is comfortable for the work we do. Most of us have been here for years, so we have a rhythm that doesn't need much explaining. We start our day with a quick talk about what is urgent and then everyone just gets to it. There is usually a radio playing softly in the background in one of the rooms. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office, which is how we like it.
