Gausiya Biryani house

We are located in shop number 13 at Anand Park on Jail Road in Nashik. This is the Nashik Road area, and it is a very busy spot to be. Our main thing is biryani. We make it in large metal pots every day. The shop is small and has a counter at the front where I stand. I have been cooking biryani for a long time and decided to open this place in Anand Park because there are a lot of people living nearby. We are near the Kanyakothari school, so in the afternoons we get a lot of parents stopping by to pick up food for dinner. The 422101 area is always crowded with cars and scooters. We have a couple of small benches if you want to eat right there, but most people take their food home in plastic containers. We use a lot of onions and spices, and the whole street can usually smell when the rice is steaming. It is just me and my cousin running the place. We don't have any fancy machines, just big spoons and fire. Sometimes we sell out of everything by eight o'clock and we have to close early. It is a lot of standing and stirring, but we like talking to the regulars. It is a simple biryani house for people who want a quick and filling meal on their way home.
