Dipu Da Dhaba

Dipu Da Dhaba is located at Laxmi Complex right on the Mumbai Agra Road in Nashik. We are pretty close to Nagji Hospital, so plenty of people see us when they are heading that way. Running a dhaba on a main road like this means things stay busy with travelers and truck drivers mostly. It’s not like those fancy restaurants in the city center. We keep things basic here with plastic chairs and plenty of space for people to just park and eat. Nashik is a good place for this kind of setup because of all the traffic coming through from Mumbai. Most days start early with setting things up and the smell of the stove going. We don’t really do fancy menus or anything; we just have what we have for the day. Sometimes the traffic noise from the Mumbai Agra Road gets a bit much, but you get used to it after a few months. Being in Laxmi Complex gives us a solid spot that people recognize. It's just a bunch of us working here, trying to get the food out fast so people can get back on the road. We don't have a big staff, just enough to keep the place clean and the kitchen running.
