Coriander Leaves Restaurant

We are located at Shop No 14 in the Silver Dell Society over in Upnagar. The pin code here in Nashik is 422006. If you know where St Xavier School is, we are quite close to that, and Jrushi Honda is another good landmark nearby. It’s a small shop, but we’ve managed to fit a decent number of tables inside. I started this place because I wanted to work for myself. It’s a lot of long hours, usually starting early in the morning to get the supplies from the market. We don't have a big fancy menu with pictures; it’s just a list of what we can make. The neighborhood is mostly families and some school kids who stop by for a snack. It gets a bit crowded in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We try to keep the place clean, but with the dust from the road, it’s a constant battle. I usually have one or two people helping me out with the cooking and cleaning. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on people walking by or hearing about us from their neighbors. It’s a simple life running a restaurant in Upnagar. We just want to serve decent food and pay the bills. Nothing fancy about it, just a local shop in a regular society building.
