Citizen Restaurant

Citizen Restaurant is located right in Mithila Building. We are sitting directly opposite the Regimental Complex, which is a big landmark around here. If you know the 422101 area, you probably pass us quite often. It's a small place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We serve food to the local crowd and the people working nearby. Most days are pretty busy, especially during the lunch hour when everyone comes out at once. We don't really do anything fancy with the decor. The tables are basic and we just try to get the orders out as they come in. Sometimes we run out of things if it's been a long day. That’s just part of running a kitchen in a neighborhood like this. We've been at this address for a while and have seen the area change quite a bit. It’s mostly just us and a few regular staff members working every day. We don't have a website or any of that. People just walk in when they're hungry. The kitchen stays open until the evening. We try to keep the place tidy, but it's an old building, so it has its quirks. You can find us at number 1 on the ground floor. It's a practical spot for a quick meal. We don't make a big fuss about anything. We just keep the stove going and the tea hot for whoever walks in.
