Chickentangdi.Com is our shop located on College Road in Nashik. We are right near Don Bosco School and next to the Manyawar showroom in Krushi Nagar. Even though our name sounds like a website, we are a real shop where you can come and get food. College Road is a lively place to be, especially with all the students and shoppers walking around. We decided to open here because we liked the vibe of the area. The shop itself is pretty simple. We have a small kitchen area where we do all the prep work. It takes a lot of time to get everything ready for the day, but that’s just part of the job. We are a small team and we don’t really follow a corporate structure. Everyone just helps out where they are needed. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when there are a lot of orders at once, but we manage to get through it. We don’t have a fancy interior or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to serve our customers. Most of the people who come in are young kids from the school or people who are out shopping in the neighborhood. We stay open late most nights because that is when the street is the most active. It’s a lot of work, but we enjoy being in the middle of all the action on College Road.
