Businesspagesctronic Switches (I) Pvt Ltd is based out of Plot No. K-11 in the MIDC Ambad industrial area. Being in an industrial zone means it’s never really quiet. There is always the sound of machinery or trucks moving in the distance. Our building is a standard industrial structure, nothing too special to look at from the outside. Inside, it’s all about the assembly and the switches. We have workstations set up where people spend their hours putting components together. The lighting is bright because you need to see the small parts clearly. We keep the place organized, but it still looks like a factory floor with bins and wires. The office part of the building is where we handle the orders and talk to the suppliers. We drink a lot of chai throughout the shift to keep going. The walk from the main gate to Plot K-11 is dusty, especially when the wind picks up in Ambad. Most of the people working here have been around for years, so we have a routine that works. We don't spend much on decorations; the focus is just on the production line. Sometimes we have to stay late if there’s a big batch that needs to go out, but mostly we stick to our regular hours. It is hard work, but it’s what we do. The industrial estate has its own rhythm, and we are just one part of it.
