Suma Maddu Traders

We share the building at No. 29/57 Fort Main Road. It’s a busy spot, and Suma Maddu Traders takes up a good portion of the space there. Fort Main Road is one of those places where there is always something happening, whether it's a delivery truck blocking the way or just people walking by. Our work is pretty straightforward. We deal in various goods and try to keep everything organized, though it can get a bit messy when we have a lot of stock coming in at once. The office part is just a couple of desks and some chairs where we handle the billing and the phone calls. We don’t really do any fancy advertising. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years or those who just see our sign on the road. It’s a simple operation. We start early in the morning, usually before the traffic gets really bad, and stay until the work is finished. Sometimes we’re here late if a shipment is delayed. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just wear what’s comfortable and focus on the tasks at hand. There’s always a lot of noise from the street, but you get used to it after a few weeks. Being at 29/57 has its pros and cons, but for a trading company, the location is hard to beat even if it's crowded.
