Over in Nerkuppai, we have our setup for Service For Women And Agri Developmentgroundnut Producer Company Limited. We are located at C/O. V. Raju, No. 10D, Rajaveethi. It’s a local spot that everyone around here knows. Groundnuts are the main focus of our days. It involves a lot of manual labor and coordinating with the women in the community who do much of the heavy lifting. The office is really just a room at Raju's place, so it feels very much like a home. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy reception areas. Usually, there are bags of groundnuts sitting near the door and a lot of chatter from whoever is stopping by to talk business. Rajaveethi is a street with its own rhythm, and we’ve become a part of that. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished reports. We just deal with the reality of the harvest and the challenges that come with it. Sometimes the harvest is great, and sometimes it's a struggle, but we all stick together through it. There’s always tea being made and people discussing the price of crops or the next planting cycle. It’s a very grounded way of working, literally. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everyone involved is getting their work done properly.
