Usha Martin Limited

We've been here at Jaidurga No. 2 for a while now. The office is in Narendranagar Extn, right near Somalwada in Nagpur. It’s a busy part of town but we like it. The sun gets pretty hot here in the afternoons, so we usually keep the shutters down around midday. Most of us take turns bringing snacks for the tea break. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular office where we get things done. People often ask where exactly we are because the extension can be a bit tricky to find if you're not from around here. We have some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of paperwork piled up. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, which is frustrating, but we manage. Most of the folks working here have lived in Nagpur their whole lives. We know the shortcuts to avoid the traffic on the main road. It’s quiet enough most mornings until the traffic picks up. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is sorted before we head home. There’s a small tea stall just down the road that makes the best ginger tea. We go there when things get a bit stressful. It's just a normal day-to-day operation for us here at Usha Martin Limited. Nothing too flashy, just hard work and keeping things moving along as best as we can.
