Hariom Granite World

Our place is located at number 60 in the Small Factory Area, right next to the Mehta Petrol Pump on Old Bhandara Road. The pump is a pretty easy landmark for people to find when they are looking for us. We have been here for a good while, surrounded by many other small workshops and local businesses. The main thing we do here is handle granite slabs. The yard is usually full of large pieces of stone leaning against each other in rows. Working here is a gritty experience, and we are often out there in the heat moving things around to find the right piece for a customer. The noise from the main road and the nearby petrol pump is just part of the daily background for us now. We do not have a fancy office or a polished sales team to greet people. You will mostly find just us in our work clothes helping whoever happens to walk in from the street. People come by to pick out a slab for their kitchen counters or stairs, and we spend time showing them exactly what we have in stock at the moment. Sometimes the inventory gets a little low and we have to wait for a new shipment to arrive from the quarry. We keep a small desk for the paperwork, but most of the real action happens outside where the stone is kept. That kind of simple work keeps us busy from morning until night.
