Natural Stone

We go by the name Natural Stone and you can find us at Plot No-17/A. We are situated right by Ghat Chowk, which is a well-known spot around here. If you can find Baba Nanak High School, then you’ve basically found us since we are very close to it. We deal with exactly what our name says—stone that comes from the ground. We have a variety of pieces sitting in the lot. Some people want them for their porches, others for inside the house. It's a small operation, really. We spend most of our time out in the yard, moving things around or cleaning up the stone so people can see the real colors. The school being nearby means there’s always a bit of life around the corner, especially when the kids are heading home. We like being part of the neighborhood. It’s not a fancy place, just a plot with a lot of heavy rocks. We don't bother with big sales pitches or anything like that. If someone needs stone for a project, they stop in and we chat. Sometimes we have what they need, sometimes we have to wait for the next delivery. It's just a regular local shop where we work hard and try to stay busy. That’s the way it is at Ghat Chowk. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name. We just keep our heads down and do the work every day.
