Shri Rajendra High School And Junior College

We are located in the 440002 area of Nagpur, Maharashtra. The school and junior college have been a part of this neighborhood for quite some time. It is a combined setup, so we have younger kids in the high school section and the older ones in the junior college. The building is a typical school structure with long corridors and many classrooms. We have a playground where the students spend their breaks and do their physical education. It can get pretty noisy when the bell rings and everyone heads outside at the same time. Nagpur gets very hot, so we try to keep the rooms as cool as possible with fans. We have a staff room where the teachers gather to grade papers and have their tea. It’s a very standard local school. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that; we just open the gates every morning and do our jobs. Parents from the surrounding streets send their children here year after year. Some of the current students have parents who went here too. It’s just a regular part of the local life in this part of Nagpur. We have our annual sports day and the usual exams. It’s a busy place but it has a very familiar feel to it for everyone involved. We just keep things running as they always have.
