Vidya Niketan Convent

Vidya Niketan Convent is located at Plot No 74 in Wardhaman Nagar, Nagpur. We are right in the middle of a residential area, so we have houses all around us. It’s a convenient spot for the families who live nearby. The school isn't very large, but we use the space we have as best as we can. We have classrooms on a couple of floors. The stairs are a bit narrow, so the kids have to walk in lines. We have a small area out front where people can park their scooters when they come to visit. It’s a busy place from early morning until the afternoon. You can hear the kids reciting their lessons if you walk past on the sidewalk. We don't have a big sports field, so the children play in the smaller courtyard area. The teachers here have been with us for a long time and they know most of the parents by name. We just focus on the basics like reading, writing, and math. It’s a very local kind of school. We don't use any flashy marketing or big slogans. We just show up every day and do the work of teaching.
