Being near the school means it gets quite loud when the kids are coming and going, but we don't mind the energy. Mahal is one of the older parts of Nagpur and it has a lot of history. Our office is right in the middle of it. We do engineering work here, mostly focused on the infocomm side of things. It is a modest setup on Kothi Road. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist; you just walk in and see us working. We’ve got a few desks and some old chairs, and we spend most of our time dealing with technical papers and local project updates. People who live in Mahal know the Ambagade spot well. It’s a landmark for us. We find it easier to work in a place that feels like part of the city's real life. We aren't hidden away in some glass tower. We are right there on the street level where things happen. Sometimes we walk over to the local stalls for tea in the afternoon. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We just take each day as it comes and try to stay on top of the engineering tasks we have.
