We operate out of the Chitrakut Apartments, specifically in Flat No 206. We are located in the Chinchbhuvan area of Nagpur, right on the main Nagpur-Wardha Road. It’s a convenient spot for us because the road is a major path for all the infrastructure work happening around here. The office itself is just a regular apartment that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a kitchen where we make tea and a couple of rooms filled with desks and filing cabinets. It’s definitely not a corporate headquarters, but it serves our needs perfectly. We’ve been based in Nagpur for a while and most of the staff are from the local area. We know the city well and understand the challenges of working in this kind of heat. Our days are mostly spent on the phone or looking at technical drawings for various projects. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in the office at the same time, but we make it work. We aren't big on showy displays or polished presentations. We just want to get the infrastructure built correctly and on time. Being on the Wardha Road means we can get to our project sites fairly quickly, which is the main thing. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup for people who are more interested in construction than in sitting in a fancy office. We just keep at it every day.
