Even though the name says Dubai, we are actually operating out of Nagpur right now. Our place is over at New Balaji Nagar Extension, specifically at 74 Bipin Dhanraj Moon. It's near Po Parvati Nagar and Bhagwan Nagar. It's a bit of a mouthful to explain the address to delivery drivers sometimes. This part of Nagpur is growing fast but we’ve tucked ourselves into this corner for the time being. We handle the engineering side of things from this office. It’s mostly just us at our desks with a lot of drawings and plans scattered around. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working. The area around Bhagwan Nagar is pretty decent. There’s a bit of dust because of the new construction nearby, but we don't mind. We’ve been at this address, 440027, for a while. We do our own thing and don't worry too much about what others are doing. It's a practical setup for the kind of engineering work we manage. The connection to the Dubai name is there, but on the ground here in Nagpur, it's just a regular office day. We keep it simple. No fancy stuff. Just keeping track of projects and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the week. There is always tea around and plenty of pens that don’t work, just like any real office.
