Das Offshore Engg Ltd

Das Offshore Engg Ltd is basically just a small team of us working out of Nagpur. We are located over in Ramnagar, specifically at Plot No 238 on Hill Road. It’s a nice enough area with some trees, though parking can be a real headache on some days when the street gets full. We are sharing space with P R Rane, which works out fine for everyone involved and helps us keep things moving along. Being an offshore engineering firm in the middle of India, far from any sea or port, might seem a bit odd to some people who ask us about it, but we handle the technical side and the planning from here just fine. Nagpur is a good place to be based because everything is accessible and the life is a bit more relaxed than Mumbai. We spend a lot of our time looking at drawings and making sure the math is right for the big projects we get. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some old desks and computers and a lot of paper stacked up. Sometimes we have to travel a lot to visit sites, but we always come back here to Ramnagar to get the real work done. The weather in Nagpur gets really intense, especially the heat, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for us. It’s just us doing the engineering work that we know how to do.
