Jethanand Stones

We have been running Jethanand Stones from Plot No. 32 A in Mecosabadh Colony for quite some time. We are right near the Khatiwale Baba Ka Mandir, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. Working with stone is what we know. The plot is usually filled with different blocks and pieces we’ve brought in. It’s physical work that leaves your hands rough, but we don't mind it much. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, except for when we’re moving the heavy stuff or when the temple has a lot of visitors. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us making sure the orders are ready. We spend our time out in the open air mostly. The sun can be tough in the middle of the day, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early. Our office is just a small corner where we sit down to talk to people. We don't have any flashy signs or anything like that. People just know we are here because of the piles of stone out front. Sometimes we help people figure out how much they need for a project, just based on what we’ve seen over the years. It’s a straightforward business, and we like it that way. We keep things simple and just focus on the stone.
