Most people use the lodge as a landmark because it’s easier to find than our actual door. It’s a busy little neighborhood. There’s always someone passing by or something happening on the street. Our office isn't much to look at from the outside, just a standard building where we get our daily tasks done. We aren't into that whole polished corporate vibe. We’re just regular people. Some of us have been here for years and we know the area like the back of our hand. It can get pretty cramped inside with all the stuff we have to store, but we manage just fine. We don't use fancy titles or have big meetings about goals. We just talk over our desks and figure out what needs to happen next. If a problem comes up, we deal with it then and there. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We like the local feel of Bajaria. It feels real. You see the same faces every morning when you come in for work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our work and keep things simple. That is pretty much the way we like to run things here.
