FIRST STONE HOMES LLP

We have been based on the ground floor of Bhagnari CHS in Chunabhatti for quite a while now. It is a busy spot near Sion East, right on NS Mankikar Marg. Most people who live around here know the building. We handle home projects and things like that as First Stone Homes. It is just a small office really. You walk in past the main gate and we are right there on the ground level in unit B-17. We spend most of our time dealing with paperwork or talking to people about their house plans and property needs. Mumbai is a very crowded place, so finding a good, accessible spot to work from was important for us. We like it here in Sion. It is easy to get to from most parts of the city because of the transport links. We do not have a big fancy lobby or a bunch of receptionists. It is just some desks and chairs where we sit and get things done. Sometimes the traffic outside on the main road gets a bit loud, especially during the morning rush, but you get used to it after a few days. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years we've been here. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks. If you are looking for our office, this is where we stay. We aren't trying to do anything too flashy or corporate. Just keeping the business running. It is a straightforward setup with a small, dedicated team.
